What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the service you're interested in, and what you tell us about your goals. If you become a client, Kevin may ask you to complete a health, lifestyle and goals questionnaire. That is health information and is handled with extra care.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, plan safe and suitable training, and run your coaching. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it's stored

Website enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to Kevin through an email delivery provider. These providers may store data outside Australia. To limit spam, we keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, never the address itself. The spam check on our form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries are deleted automatically after 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Kevin at Kevferguson01@outlook.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
